Susan Valentine Baker

Susan Baker is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Interim Finance and Operations Executive at Minted since July 2021, Baker also provides CFO and COO services while acting as a leadership coach at Mastery Squared since January 2017. Previous positions include Interim Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Fair Trade USA (2019-2022), Strategic Advisor at Scalable (2020), and CEO of Piper, Inc. (2017-2019), a leading brand in STEAM education recognized as the 2018 Tech Toy of the Year. Baker's leadership experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for The Bar Method, COO and CFO of I Will Teach You To Be Rich, COO of Positive Intelligence, Inc., and COO/CFO of Evolving Wisdom. Education credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics Honors from Stanford University.
