Anca Luca has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as the Recruitment Team Lead at BAT since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing recruitment activities across various geographical zones and driving workforce planning and engagement initiatives. Prior to BAT, Anca worked as a Recruitment Team Lead at Anheuser-Busch InBev and WilsonHCG, where similar responsibilities were undertaken, focusing on recruitment delivery and stakeholder engagement. Anca's career began in recruitment roles at APT Resources & Services and has spanned various industries, showcasing a strong ability to implement effective recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Educationally, Anca holds degrees in Language Interpretation and Translation from the University of Bucharest and Philology from Theoretical Highschool "Lucian Lovinescu."
