Andrea Lorenzo is an experienced professional in human resources and rewards management, currently serving as the Rewards Manager for Mexico & CAM at British American Tobacco since March 2020. Previously, Andrea held the position of Rewards Manager and was responsible for analyzing and improving compensation schemes in Mexico while overseeing expatriate administration. Past roles also include Reward Specialist, Staff HR, and Global HR at Nemak, focusing on talent administration and international policies. With a foundation in HR from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Andrea has demonstrated expertise in compensation and training throughout a diverse career that includes experience at AKATOR CONSULTORES and PLEI, where Andrea contributed to the successful launch of a manufacturing line in Asia.
