Bozena Soberka

Bozena Soberka is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at British American Tobacco since July 2004, currently serving as the Head of HR for Poland and the Baltics. Over the years, Bozena has held various roles including Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner for Sweden & Norway, HR Project Manager, and HR Shared Services Manager, leading key initiatives such as company reorganization projects and managing Talent and Reward Shared Services. Previous experience includes positions at British American Tobacco Polska SA and dk Selection Sp. z o.o. Bozena holds a Master's degree in Marketing & Management with a focus on HR Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and has also pursued studies at the University of Warsaw.
