Cornelia Balcanu possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Head of Global Business Services for HR at BAT and previously holding the role of Head of Europe HR Shared Services at Samsung Electronics. Cornelia has held various leadership positions in HR operations and shared services at Oracle, including Head of EMEA HR Operations and Senior Manager for EMEA & Americas Recruiting Operations. Additionally, Cornelia has worked as a Subject Matter Expert on Workforce Administration at Accenture and as a Customer Database Administrator at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Continuous professional development includes current education at the Society for Human Resources Management and The University of Sheffield.
