Dane Pador

Dane Pador is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office for BAT's Global Revenue Growth Management Team since April 2023. Previously, Dane held the position of Director of Assortment Strategy at Reynolds American Inc., where responsibilities included leading process optimization initiatives and managing cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience includes significant roles at PepsiCo, where Dane oversaw club channel innovation, scorecard automation, and managed strategic partnerships, as well as experience at CROSSMARK in business intelligence and schematic analysis. Early career efforts included IT management at Jatoft-Foti Agency. Dane is pursuing an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business after earning a BBA from New England College. Other educational pursuits included studies in Computer Science, Journalism, and Music at Las Positas College.
