Jo Ann Chua

Jo Ann Chua is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal capacities, currently serving as Associate Counsel at BAT since April 2024. Prior to this, Jo Ann held the position of Legal Counsel at Fusionex International from July 2020 to February 2024, and was an Associate at Raja Darryl & Loh between February 2018 and May 2020. Jo Ann's legal journey began with a Trainee role at Abdullah Chan, followed by positions as Legal Associate and ultimately a Transaction Specialist at Wong & Partners, a member firm of Baker McKenzie International. Jo Ann holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and a Certificate in Legal Practice from Brickfields Asia College.
