Karen Joy Palo

Karen Joy Palo has over 16 years of experience in operations and supply chain management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Operations ANZ & South Pacific at BAT since January 2018, previous roles include Head of Supply Chain Australia and Supply Planning Manager. Karen has extensive experience in project management, previously holding the position of Development Project Manager at Essentra and various roles at Philip Morris International, including Project Leader - Product Commercialization. Earlier career experience includes positions at Emerson Network Power as a Manufacturing Engineer and at Samsung Electro-Mechanics as a Technical Engineer. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
