Lucy Hall

Lucy Hall serves as the Head of Information Technology at The Water Street Collective since July 2022. With extensive experience at BAT since June 2009, Lucy has held various significant roles, including Global DBS Lead for Wellbeing and Stimulation and Programme Manager for the global roll-out of Coupa and Icertis, focusing on Spend Analytics, Sourcing, CLM, and Requisition to Pay. Additionally, Lucy has been responsible for the global design of the Requisition to Pay process and has held leadership positions such as Global Business Design Lead for Global SAP Deployment and PMO & Change Manager.
