Rose Chua

Rose Chua has extensive experience in reward analytics and human resources, currently serving as Group Head of Reward Analytics & Design at British American Tobacco since June 2001. Over the years, Rose has held various leadership roles within the company, including Regional Head of Reward for Asia Pacific and the Middle East, and has worked in multiple capacities in the East and North Asia regions. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager for Singapore and Area Reward Manager for East Asia. Earlier career experiences include positions at National Computer Systems and the Ministry of Home Affairs in Singapore. Rose Chua earned a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management from Arizona State University between 1991 and 1993.
