Serkan Yilmaz

Serkan Yilmaz is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology and management across various industries. Currently serving as the South Eastern Europe Head of IDT at BAT since April 2024, Serkan previously held significant roles at PepsiCo, where achievements included leading the largest ERP transformation project for the Turkey operations and overseeing IT and data analytics initiatives. Prior experience includes technology management positions at Mey Diageo and JTI, where responsibilities encompassed IT infrastructure oversight and team management. Serkan's career began at TOTAL as a System Engineer and included project management roles focused on various IT projects at ESBANK T.A.Ş. and Saudico Electronic Systems. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Istanbul Technical University, Serkan has developed in-depth business process knowledge, particularly in HR, Finance, and Commercial sectors.
