Shivnal Sen

Shivnal Sen has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion for Fiji and Samoa at BAT since October 2015. Over the years at BAT, Shivnal has progressed through various roles, including People Experience & Change Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Executive. Prior to this, Shivnal held the position of Attache Finance at Vinod Patel, as well as the Inventory Officer role at Niranjans. Shivnal also gained experience as a Legal Intern at Transparency International and began the professional journey as an External Affairs Intern. Educationally, Shivnal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Economics from The University of the South Pacific, completed in 2016.
