SK Lee is a highly experienced professional with over two decades at BAT, currently serving as the Area Operations Director for APMEA West. SK Lee oversees operations across 17 markets, managing the supply chain from raw materials to finished goods while leading initiatives in supply chain transformation and digital integration. Previous roles include leadership positions in different regions, such as Operations Director for Middle East & South Asia and North Asia, where SK Lee managed manufacturing, procurement, and new product launches. With a solid educational background, holding an MBA from Sungkyunkwan University, SK Lee has consistently achieved significant improvements in operational efficiency and productivity within the supply chain and manufacturing sectors. Early career experience includes roles at Borgwarner Beru Systems Korea and Hanwha Corporation, contributing to expertise in project management and mechanical design.
