Rachael Johnson

Rachael Johnson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Since November 2020, Rachael has held the position of Human Resources Manager at the British Business Bank, after previously working as a Human Resources Advisor in the same organization. Prior to this role, Rachael served as a Human Resources Advisor at Compass Group from May 2016 to October 2020. Rachael's educational background includes a CIPD Level 5 qualification from ICS Learn (2018-2019), a CIPD Level 3 qualification from Chesterfield College (2015-2016), and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with Psychology from the University of South Wales (2011-2014).
