Michelle Anderson

Michelle Anderson has a strong background in the insurance industry. Michelle is currently the Chief Operating Officer at British Caribbean Insurance Company Ltd. (BCIC), where they have held various roles since 2016. Prior to their current position, they were the General Manager of Insurance Solutions at BCIC from 2018 to 2022, and before that, they served as the General Manager of Sales & Distribution from 2016 to 2018. Before joining BCIC, Michelle worked as an Assistant Manager at CGM Gallagher Insurance Brokers Jamaica Limited from 2007 to 2009. Michelle also has experience as a Commercial Underwriter at AIG (Europe) Limited from 2005 to 2007 and at Aviva plc from 1999 to 2005.

Michelle Anderson attended Harvard Business School in 2023, where they were a candidate in the Advanced Management Program (AMP) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, they studied at Birmingham City University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree in Business Administration and Management.
