As Managing Partner at SBA - People Strategy Partners since March 2015, Fabrizio oversees daily operations and engages in the design and deployment of tailored client solutions. Concurrently, Fabrizio serves as Chairman of the People & Culture Committee and SME Committee at the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai. Additional roles include founding member of the Society for People Analytics, GloCoach Consultant, and Intercultural Trainer for Sirva. Fabrizio is also the founder of BREAKTHRU Powered by SB&A and previously held the position of Country Representative for the Institute of Change and Transformation Professionals Asia. Educational qualifications include studies at Beijing Language and Culture University and Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, with a focus on Chinese language and culture.
