Glenn Li

Glenn Li is a seasoned professional in business continuity and risk management with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Continuity at BCAA since June 2025, Glenn Li is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business continuity and resilience frameworks while leading cross-functional incident response efforts. Prior to this role, Glenn Li was the Business Continuity and Security Manager at Prospera Credit Union, where responsibilities included chairing the Incident Response Team and overseeing the business continuity management lifecycle. Previous positions at Coast Capital Savings involved managing enterprise Business Continuity Management and Incident Response programs, as well as acting as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist and investigator in corporate security. Glenn Li holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University.
