Wendy Bach

Wendy Bach serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at BC Ferries, where responsibilities include providing strategic legal counsel to the Board and Executive Team, overseeing governance and regulatory compliance, and mitigating legal and environmental risks. In addition to this role, Wendy is President of Wendy Bach Law Corporation, a Board Member at The Menopause Foundation of Canada and Take a Hike Foundation, and holds the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Mulhall Ventures Inc. Previous experience includes serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Loop Energy Inc. and a Senior Vice President at Methanex Corporation, where leadership involved strategic planning and compliance in legal and corporate resources. Wendy holds a law degree from The University of British Columbia and has a background in coaching from Erickson Coaching International.
