Caitlin Reardon-Ashley

Caitlin Reardon-Ashley currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Peabody Energy since April 2020, previously holding the position of Senior Counsel. In 2023, Caitlin participated as a Fellow in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner from January 2017 to April 2020, and at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from October 2013 to December 2016, including a Summer Associate role there in 2012. Caitlin's early legal experience involved a Legal Internship with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and working as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Rapid Realty. Caitlin's background also includes supervisory and administrative roles at New York University, where Caitlin earned a Bachelor's degree in History and American Sign Language, and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
