Jim McCaughan

Jim McCaughan is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Professional Services Support Advisor and Standard Forms Manager at the BC Real Estate Association since January 2022, Jim has previously held the role of Managing Broker at Century 21 Creekside Realty Ltd. and Sutton Group-West Coast Realty. Jim's extensive experience includes managing broker responsibilities at Landmark Realty Corp. and recruiting and training sales associates at Realty World Abbotsford. As Past President of the BC Real Estate Association from 2008 to 2014, Jim represented 18,000 REALTORS across British Columbia. Jim's career began as a salesperson at Wall & Redekop Realty Chilliwack, focusing on representing clients in real estate transactions. Education includes studies at The University of British Columbia.
