Holly Porter

Holly Porter has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Currently, they are the Managing Director - Institute at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, where they are responsible for membership growth, retention, and engagement. Prior to this, they served as the Membership Director at BCS, overseeing various aspects such as membership marketing, product development, and volunteer community engagement. Before joining BCS, Holly worked at GS1 UK as the Chief Marketing Officer, where they were responsible for global supply chain and data standards. Holly also held roles at Wincanton, where they served as the Marketing & Comms Director, focusing on brand integration and managing acquisitions. In addition, Holly has worked as a PR Consultant at Publicasity. Their experience includes driving growth, managing communications, and establishing strategic partnerships.

Holly Porter attended Pershore High School from 1983 to 1988. Holly later pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages, specializing in German and Spanish, at the University of Bradford from 1990 to 1994.
