Abdur Rehman

Abdur Rehman is an experienced English Language Assessment Consultant and Training Consultant at the British Council since January 2016. Alongside this role, Abdur served as an English Language Teacher at Edu-Care International from September 2016 to December 2023, where responsibilities included lesson planning, student assessment, and organizing language camps. Additionally, Abdur worked as a Resource Person for the Quaid-e-Azam Academy for Educational Development, designing training courses to enhance pedagogical skills among educators. Previous experience includes a role as a Tutor for the TKT Essentials course with the British Council, aimed at developing effective English teaching methodologies. Abdur holds multiple degrees, including CELTA from the University of Cambridge, a Master’s in Education from the University of Education (PK), an M.Phil. from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and an M.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of the Punjab, along with specialized training in materials development for language teaching from the NILE – Norwich Institute for Language Education.
