Fseeha Rizvi

Fseeha Rizvi is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience in leadership roles within the British Council and other organizations. Currently serving as Head of People Solutions for APAC, Fseeha leads a team to align people strategies across 20 countries in East and South Asia while implementing significant HR initiatives that have achieved cost savings and enhanced diversity and inclusion within leadership teams. Previous roles include Regional HR Director for South Asia, where Fseeha contributed to the management of HR functions for a complex region, and Country HR Manager for Pakistan and China, focusing on transformation programs and operational continuity. Fseeha holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Investment from the National University of Sciences and Technology.
