Uyen Bach

Uyen Bach is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in delivering strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiencies across various educational and service-oriented organizations. Currently serving as the Country Head of Operations at the British Council since October 2021, Uyen specializes in developing long-term operations strategies, implementing standardized procedures, and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes roles such as Country Operations Manager at Adventus.io, where Uyen managed service delivery for channel partners across Southeast Asia, and Head of School Operations at Canadian International School System Vietnam, overseeing multiple supporting departments to ensure effective school operations. Uyen holds a Master of Arts in International Trade and Finance from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Banking from Banking University of HCMC.
