John Ackerley

John Ackerley is the Owner and Principal Consultant at Summitpeople Ltd, specializing in educational training, performance coaching, and management consultancy since February 2020. With a wealth of experience in leadership development across various sports organizations, John has led numerous executive coaching initiatives for senior staff at institutions like UEFA, The Premier League, and UK Sport. In addition, John serves as a Coach Developer for UK Coaching and contributes to the Football Association in various mentorship and strategic roles. An accomplished educator, John holds an MSc in Coaching & Mentoring and a BEd, and currently provides executive coaching and lectures in leadership at The Manchester Metropolitan University.
