Chris Parry has over 27 years of experience in the electrical and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Delivery Manager at British Gas since April 2011, Chris leads teams of Service and Repair as well as Installation engineers to ensure exceptional service delivery while prioritizing safety and performance metrics. In previous roles at British Gas, Chris functioned as an Operational Excellence Coach, providing training and support to field engineers, and held the position of Electrical Field Engineer, delivering breakdown services and home upgrades. Prior to this, Chris worked for G Robertsons Ltd for 14 years as an Electrical Engineer, completing an electrical apprenticeship and gaining diverse experience in industrial, commercial, and domestic environments.
