David Ball

David Ball is an experienced Technical Heating Engineer at British Gas, where responsibilities include reactive and planned maintenance of domestic gas appliances and heating systems, while also championing team growth and driving business expansion through sales and system upgrades. Previously, David served as a Learning and Development Manager, successfully delivering training programs with a 100% pass rate for engineers, and oversaw course management at the Thatcham Training Centre. Early career experience includes roles as an Operational Excellence Coach and Computer Aided Design Engineer for Balfour Beatty plc, focusing on the Thameslink railway upgrade, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Pall Corporation, where David undertook a comprehensive apprenticeship.
