Jonathan Bell has over 20 years of experience in the energy and fitness industries. Since January 2003, Jonathan has held various roles at British Gas, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Value & Effectiveness Lead in Customer Engagement. Previous positions at British Gas include Senior Optimisation & Effectiveness Analyst, Marketing Effectiveness Analyst, Commercial Performance Analyst, Sales Effectiveness Analyst, and Resources Analyst. Prior to joining British Gas, Jonathan worked as a Fitness Instructor at Heartbeat Health and Fitness from January 1999 to December 2001. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise from Leeds Beckett University and completed A Levels in Sport Studies at Thomas Rotherham College.
