Throughout a progressive career at British Gas, Mark has held several key positions, including Growth & Performance Manager, Customer Delivery Manager, Service Manager, Technical Support Manager, and Technical Engineer. Prior to this, Mark began a career in plumbing as an Engineering Apprentice at Astral Plumbing from August 1995 to August 2002.
