Anne Dixon is an experienced library professional with a strong background in library management and information services. Since May 2004, Anne has held multiple roles at the British Geological Survey, including Chief Librarian, Library Service Manager, and Library Collections Manager. Prior to this, Anne worked as a Training and Development Officer at the University of Wolverhampton, where project leadership for the Advantage West Midlands Ticket to Find project involved website content design and online information skills training. Earlier experience includes serving as a Subject Librarian at the University of Nottingham, providing library support to various academic departments. Anne holds a Master of Arts in Library and Information Science from Loughborough University, completed in 1999.
