Andrew Martin

Andrew Martin serves as the Chief Librarian at the National Labor Relations Board since November 2009, where responsibilities include managing the Library and research infrastructure for 1600 users across 30 regional offices and administering a budget exceeding $2 million. Prior experience includes roles as a Law Librarian at Odin, Feldman & Pittleman, PC, overseeing a library with over 10,000 titles, and as a Reference Librarian and Web Applications Developer at Baker & Hostetler LLP, providing extensive research support for over 250 attorneys. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in History from William & Mary.
