Dan Crow is the current Head of Estates and Facilities at the British Geological Survey, a position held since May 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Central Buildings Asset Manager at Center Parcs UK from June 2018 to January 2020, and Facilities and Utilities Manager at Ferrero from October 2017 to June 2018, overseeing hard and soft facilities in an industrial context. Dan managed the 65-acre Alfreton site as Facilities Manager at Thorntons from November 2004 to October 2017, which encompassed a large warehouse and food manufacturing facilities. Earlier experience includes the role of Process Improvement Manager at DS Smith Kaysersberg from 1998 to 2004. Dan holds a PgDip in Computing from Northumbria University and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biology from Newcastle University, specializing in Environmental Microbiology.
