Woman's Artistic Gymnastics Coach at British Gymnastics

Emily Bennett currently serves as an Account Manager at Lucid Group since November 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Account Executive. With a longstanding affiliation with British Gymnastics since September 2012, Emily is a fully qualified Woman's Artistic Gymnastics Coach, specializing in training children up to 16 years of age, including those with disabilities and learning difficulties. Previous roles include Surgical Neurophysiologist at inomed Neurocare, Account Executive at Lucid Group, and various customer service and internship positions in renowned organizations such as Wimbledon and BP. Emily holds a Master of Science in Clinical Neuroscience from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham.

Performance gymnasts demonstrate amazing skill, exceptional strength and great courage however Gymnastics is a sport that offers everyone a fun, social and exhilarating activity from babies at 8 weeks old to veterans of 88 years+. One of the world’s first sports governing bodies, British Gymnastics was founded in 1888 as the British Amateur Gymnastics Association and is a member of the World Governing Body for Gymnastics (FIG), the European Governing Body (UEG) and the British Olympic Association (BOA).
