Kayla Hardman

Kayla Hardman is a dedicated professional with a focus on gymnastics and eCommerce. Currently serving as the Loughborough Students Gymnastics Kit Secretary at Loughborough Students' Union since September 2023, Kayla previously gained valuable experience during an eCommerce industrial placement at Aldi UK from July 2022 to July 2023. Kayla has a strong background in coaching, having worked as a Gymnastics Coach at MAYES ACADEMY LTD and LONGRIDGE GYMNASTICS CLUB LIMITED, where a positive and safe environment was prioritized. In addition, Kayla developed leadership skills as the development captain for Loughborough Students Gymnastics, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere for gymnasts of varying experience levels. Academic pursuits include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Loughborough University, reflecting a well-rounded skill set in both sports and business.
