Chris brings extensive experience in technology leadership and transformation. Most recently, he was CTO at the Post Office, where he helped build the organisation’s digital presence. He has also served as CIO at Dunelm, leading major digital and IT initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
His career spans senior technology roles across the retail and services sectors, working for brands such as Vodafone, EasyJet, and Tesco Bank, with a strong track record of delivering innovation and driving strategic change.
Chris is overseeing key BHF programmes including Enterprise Foundations, advancing the use of AI across the organisation, as well as vital work around information security. Chris will help strengthen our digital capabilities and ensure our platforms continue to support our mission and future ambitions.
