Julie Jones

Julie Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over different organizations. Julie started their career at HR Partners Digby Morgan as a Consultant, where they advised and worked on assessment and selection projects. Additionally, they had a role at the BBC as an Assessment & Development Consultant, where they project managed assessment and development initiatives and provided individual feedback and coaching to leaders and managers. Julie also held positions within the BBC as a Management Development Executive, where they implemented organization-wide management and leadership development initiatives, and as a Development Executive, responsible for managing the learning and development agenda for BBC Sport. Julie Jones then moved on to work at the Royal College of Nursing as an Organizational Development Manager, where they managed a team and successfully achieved organization-wide Investors in People status and recognition as one of the Times 100 best companies to work for. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Talent & Organizational Development at the British Heart Foundation.

Julie Jones has a Bachelor of Arts degree from De Montfort University, which they completed from 1991 to 1994. Julie also holds a degree in Occupational Assessment from the University of Surrey, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. In addition, Julie attained a CIPD qualification from the University of West London in 1995. Julie pursued an MSc in Organisational Behaviour at Birkbeck, University of London from 2003 to 2005. Lastly, Julie completed a degree in Coaching Practice at the University of Middlesex, finishing in 2007.
