Rob Way has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Rob started their career in 2007 as a Customer Support at Sainsbury's and then worked as a Business Support Assistant at Debenhams from 2009 to 2011. Later, Rob joined BAE Systems Detica as a Business Analyst from July 2011 to October 2012. Rob then moved to BAE Systems Applied Intelligence where they worked as a Business Analyst and Project Manager on high-profile IT projects from 2013 to 2017. Rob's most recent experience includes their roles at the British Heart Foundation, where they worked as a Project Manager from April to September 2017, Senior Project Manager from October 2017 to April 2020, Head of Technology Change, Innovation & Analysis from April 2020 to September 2023, and currently, they are serving as the Director of Technology Strategy & Planning.

Rob Way has a BA(Hons) degree in Business Studies with Operations & Project Management from Bournemouth University. Rob also holds an A Level degree in International Business, Finance, Media, Economics, German from Farnborough 6th Form College. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including APMG Change Management Practitioner, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Management of Portfolios (MoP) Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner, and MSP Practitioner Certificate in Programme Management.
