Mariia Malinina

Mariia Malinina is a Senior Product Designer with a strong background in user interface design and product development. Currently working at OSOME since September 2022, Mariia focuses on designing the company's internal CRM system and managing product discovery sessions to enhance user experience. Prior experience includes roles at Yandex.Market, where Mariia led the Advertisement and Promo group, and Tinkoff Bank, where Mariia designed internal CRM applications and streamlined business processes. Additionally, Mariia has served as a course lecturer at the British Higher School of Art and Design since February 2021. Mariia holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and Coding from the Higher School of Economics, completed in 2020.
