Seth Mroczka

Seth Mroczka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and strategy across various sectors. As the Founder and President of The New Company since July 2018, Seth leads the design business. Previously, at the New Museum of Contemporary Art, Seth served as a Mentor for the New Inc incubator program, advising on business strategy and growth. In a role as Director of Business Operations at T Brand Studio, Seth set strategic direction and streamlined processes for branded content initiatives. Seth also held multiple positions at COLLINS, including Managing Partner and Director of Operations, where leadership spanned multi-office operations and major client projects for high-profile brands. Additionally, Seth co-founded the Eyes on Africa Foundation, successfully raising over $100,000 for various initiatives. Seth holds a BFA in Photography & Imaging from New York University, with additional studies in Business and Spanish.
