Tatiana Glushkova is an experienced research and marketing professional with a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Currently serving as a Lecturer at the British Higher School of Art and Design since October 2018, Tatiana develops and teaches a course for working professionals in Marketing and Brand Management. As Research Director and Co-founder of Smartberry Research Solutions since October 2011, Tatiana leads research design, supervises teams, and presents findings to clients. Previous roles include Project Manager at MTS Group and Director of Marketing at Russian Media Group, where Tatiana was responsible for market research projects, strategic recommendations, and managing department budgets. Tatiana’s career also includes significant positions at COMCON Research Company, focusing on audience research for radio stations. Tatiana holds a Master's degree in Liberal Studies from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the International University in Moscow.
