Nikki Greenway

Nikki Greenway is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in driving IT strategy and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as the Technology Director for the British Horse Society since May 2022, Nikki oversees technological advancements that enhance horse and rider safety, equine education, and welfare. Previous roles include Consulting Director at Tanwen Consulting Ltd, Interim Head of IT at The Woodland Trust, and Head of ICT at Warwickshire Police, where strategic initiatives included creating long-term ICT strategies and establishing new IT frameworks. Nikki's background also encompasses significant contributions to the Legal Ombudsman and Ofqual, including transformative IT governance and system improvements. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Technology Management from The Open University, an MA in Education from London Metropolitan University, and a BA Hons in History & Politics from Keele University.
