Matt Desmier

Matt Desmier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business engagement and knowledge exchange. Currently serving as the Business Engagement & Knowledge Exchange Manager at Bournemouth University since June 2022, Matt utilizes the university's vast academic expertise to foster collaboration and innovation. In addition to this role, Matt is a Competent Conference & Event Speaker and has co-founded Open Sauce, an organization that redefines networking for ambitious individuals. With a background in strategy consultation, Matt has contributed to various organizations, including the British Interactive Media Association as a South Coast Representative and as a Connector of Dots at Silicon Beach. Previous roles also include working with PUSH Mind and Body, Think Create Do Ltd, and South West Screen, alongside educational achievements of an MA in Corporate Communication and a BA (Hons) in 3D Design.
