Julian Ewart

Julian Ewart is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in project finance and energy law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at British International Investment since May 2017, Julian has previously held the position of Senior Associate at Allen & Overy from May 2016 to May 2020, where responsibilities included advising on acquisitions of renewable energy assets. Earlier career experiences at Allen & Overy, from March 2009 to July 2015, encompassed roles as a Registered Foreign Lawyer and Associate, with a focus on energy, infrastructure, and competition law, including a six-month tenure in Brussels. Julian holds a Legal Practice Course from The College of Law, Moorgate, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Law with German from the University of Nottingham.
