Nicolas Pitiot

Investment Director - Infrastructure & Climate (project Finance) at British International Investment

Nicolas Pitiot is an experienced investor and investment director with a focus on project finance and infrastructure. Nicolas started their career at BNP Paribas as a Project Manager before working at Bank ABC as a Senior Associate, where they specialized in structuring and executing deals in the Middle East and North Africa. Nicolas then joined Bank of Africa United Kingdom Plc as a Vice-President, leading transactions in Africa. Pitiot later joined FBN Bank (UK) Limited as a Director, where they set up and led the Project & Structured Finance activity, focusing on financing in Africa. Nicolas then served as an Investment Director at British International Investment, leading their efforts in West Africa and Pakistan. Additionally, Pitiot has been a private investor and seed investor for Gens de Confiance and Sniffe & Likkit, respectively.

Nicolas Pitiot completed their MBA degree at the London Business School from 2003 to 2005. In 2004, they also participated in the International Exchange Programme at the IPADE Business School. In 1993, they obtained an MSc degree in Management, Finance, and Banking from the KEDGE Business School, where they studied until 1996.
