Russ McKeown

Russ McKeown has a diverse work experience in HR and systems. Russ currently holds the position of Head of HR Operations and Systems at British International Investment since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CDC Group plc where they served as both the Head of HR Operations and Systems from 2019 to 2021 and as an HRIS Executive from 2019 to 2021. Before their role at CDC Group plc, Russ worked at The British Museum in various HR and systems positions from 2009 to 2019, including HR Consultant: Systems, Payroll & Systems Manager, HR Advisor: Payroll & Systems, and HR Assistant: Payroll & Systems.

Russ McKeown completed a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the University of Roehampton from 2008 to 2009.
