Grace Hodnett

Grace Hodnett is an experienced Asset Manager at British Land, specializing in the retail portfolio since January 2017. Prior to this, Grace served as a Senior Surveyor in the Capital Markets team at Gerald Eve, focusing on the office sector from February 2015 to December 2016. Earlier experience includes a role as a Chartered Surveyor at Colliers International UK, where the emphasis was on distressed assets and non-performing loan acquisition for private equity clients. Additionally, prior experience encompasses work within the Valuation and Advisory Services Department, conducting regular valuations for various stakeholders. Grace Hodnett holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading, obtained in 2012.
