Grace Waterworth

Grace Waterworth is an experienced asset manager currently employed at British Land since April 2017, where previously held the position of Central London Office Analyst. Prior to British Land, Grace worked at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2012 to April 2017, advancing from Assistant Surveyor to Senior Surveyor in the Valuation & Advisory department, focusing on loan security and fund valuations for key clients. Early career experience includes a two-month internship at Cushman & Wakefield and a brief work experience program at Drivers Jonas Deloitte. Grace holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from the University of Reading and completed education at Bishop Vesey Grammar School and Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls.
