James Walton Mrics

James Walton MRICS is an experienced asset manager currently serving at British Land since March 2023, managing a portfolio of over 1000 commercial properties in North East London while leading a team of asset managers. Prior to this role, James worked as a Portfolio Asset Manager at The Arch Company and Network Rail, where responsibilities included maximizing income and identifying investment opportunities across substantial property portfolios. James's background includes intensive agricultural operations on a family farm, as well as a placement as a Land Agent with the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB). James holds a Master of Science in Property Development from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University.
