In 2012, Glenn started their own company, GM Trading Ltd, which focused on helping retailers and manufacturers clear aged, excess, and returned inventory. Glenn ran GM Trading until 2015 when they joined WAM Europe/Westcoast Ltd as a Senior Trader in Sales and Purchasing.
In 2014, Glenn briefly worked as the COO of bidonthis.co.uk, an online bidding platform for auction houses. The following year, they moved on to British Medical Auctions, where they currently hold the position of Head of Trade Desk, handling the purchase and sale of fixed modality medical equipment.
Throughout their career, Glenn has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to develop key customer relationships and effectively manage projects in various industries.
