Sue Lewis is an experienced professional with a strong background in culture development, volunteer operations, and strategic project management. Currently serving as the Culture Development Lead at the British Red Cross since November 2015, Sue focuses on driving intentional culture shift through data-driven continuous improvement. Prior roles include Head of Volunteer Operations, where accountability was held for the end-to-end volunteer experience, alongside project management roles in digital education and strategic change. With experience as a Senior People and Learning Manager, and in various volunteer coordination and training positions, Sue brings a wealth of HR and operational expertise. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Sheffield and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Development from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
